OH DEARIE ME I derp'd up. I was trying to research so I could get the hydro installed later today or tomorrow, and unfortunately my350z is just a mess of people yelling and arguing with each other about the best way to do things and it just goes into a gigantic circle and nothing ever gets a definitive answer.
It seems as though half of the people on there are in favor of this
setup which is a (correct me if I'm wrong) backfeed setup? There are two lines in the fender that go back to the rear calipers from the ABS block, and at this junction you tee off the lines and run the ones that are coming from the ABS block into a line that goes back to the hydro's inlet, then tee off the other lines that go to the rear calipers into a line that comes from the hydro's outlet... This is the type of setup that I kept hearing really bad things about but I never knew the difference between this and a true inline setup.
So in REALITY all I have to do is run a line from the secondary port of the master cylinder to the inlet of hydro, then from the outlet of the hydro to the inlet of the secondary port on the ABS block. Unplug the ABS block, done and done. No more ABS (Burnouts and left foot braking, yo), and a working e-brake.
Forgive my noobness, I'm still trying to figure out how cars work. I'm getting there, slowly but surely...
