dunno if that was a serious question or not but no. lip size is depending upon disk spacing not just offset itself.

on wheels that can be made custom ,
what determines , which disc you use ?

like you can have low offsets on a high disk as well as low and mid

if it just for clearing like brakes? or the amount of lip for the look?

disk spacing is for a combination of both lip size and brake clearance, however obviously its intended for brake clearance
